Patient feedback results for March-April 2022

We are delighted to share our first report of patient feedback for March and April 2022.

  • 81.3% of our patients rated our reception service  from Good to Excellent
  • 43% of patients would recommend us to their family and friends
  • 42.6% of our patients were able to secure an appointment with a GP
  • 86.6% of our patients rated their experience of appointments with the practice from Good to Excellent
  • 74.3% of our patients showed overall satisfaction with Albany
